ASSET BASED LENDING . We arrange asset based lending on property, wine, yachts, land, jewellery and other secure assets.

ASSET BASED LENDING   please contact me at    Christopher@SustainableBanking.com       Telephone or txt  07974 394 590  Thankyou.

We have contacts from main-stream banks, private banks & niche finance companies that are able to provide asset based lending on a range of assets for differing categories of client from individuals to large corporations.

Companies often want to secure lending secured against inventory or future revenue in order to access funds at short notice to overcome an immediate financial hurdle or to fund an opportunity such as an acquisition.

Individuals that are asset rich may want to access ready funds & can do this by offering a range of assets as collateral. Examples can range from property, cars, boats, fine art & jewellery.

Asset based lending cases vary widely in terms of the client (be it an individual, companies of varying size, sector & age etc), the collateral offered by a potential borrower & the duration over which the lending is required,  therefore terms offered by lender’s can only really be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

What we offer clients is a service where we do the ‘shopping around’ for them. They contact us with their requirement, we build a case & present it to the relevant contacts in that particular field of asset based lending, obtain terms & then present the solutions/options to the client.

EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS       http://www.etfs.business

For an explanation about Exchange Traded Funds from the Securities and Exchange Commission https://www.sec.gov/answers/etf.htm

The definition of EXCHANGE-TRADED FUND '(ETF)'An ETF, or exchange traded fund, is a security that is marketable, that tracks an index, a specificic commodity or bonds, a basket of assets like an index fund . Unlike mfs(mutual Funds), an ETF is trded like a common stock on a stock  exchange. ETFs experience price changes throughout the day as they are bought and sold. ETFs can typically have higher daily liquidity, and lower fees than mutual fund shares,  thereby making them an attractive alternative for individual investors. Your money as with any investment can be at risk.

An ETF holds assets such as stocks, commodities, or bonds, and trades close to its net asset value (NAV) over the course of the trading day of the various stock exchanges.

Social Housing within the ELTIFS structure eltifs/social housing

E.L.T.I.F's are European Long Term Infrastructure/Investment Funds and are in the process of being authorised by the E.U.

The minimum investment being discussed is 10,000 euros( £8000) . This is only reliant on the investor having at least 100,000 euros to invest restricting them to 10% of their investment portfolio.

It looks as the investment time will be from 5yrs to 10 years with no withdrawal within that period.

Eltifs are now authorised by the E.U. and are expected to become operational in or about December 2015.

There are quite a few seminars being developed by Legal Companies to explain the complexities of the investments.
